Susan Connally is the Managing Director of Mortgage Servicing Solutions at Oakleaf. She is responsible for managing the team that provides mortgage servicing consulting support and loan-level analysis. Susan has more than 15 years of mortgage servicing experience, assisting clients with establishing compliance programs supporting GSE and federal servicing standards.

Susan has worked with federal regulators, bank and non-bank servicers, and other counterparties to develop compliance programs for OCC, DOJ, GSE, and state-level requirements. Prior to joining the Oakleaf, Susan developed the loan-level servicing compliance testing programs at Clayton Services LLC.

Susan holds a Bachelors Degree from Middlebury College in Middlebury, VT
